Can i take the nail polish off my acrylic nails. Twist and take out the foil and cotton together. It might surprise your after harping about acetone that you can remove nails without it. Fill a glass bowl with about one inch of acetone nail polish remover.

Soak your nails for 10 minutes in acetone. Just fill a glass bowl with acetone nail polish remover. Carefully clip off your excess acrylics cutting them as close as possible to your real nails.

It is preferred that you not have acrylic nails or remove them before the study but we can do the sleep study with them still on. Leave for around 20 minutes. So applying a good moisturizer is advisable.
